Length Of Visit:
Your first visit will include an exam or evaluation to get us up to speed on your unique situation. Expect to be at the office for about 30-60 minutes. for your first Injury Recovery Chiropractic visit (subsequent visits are usually much shorter). Injury Recovery Massage sessions are scheduled on the hour which includes time to properly evaluate your injury and account for room prep.. Every new patient is required to fill out our NEW PATIENT FORMS upon arrival; or you may download them here and bring them with you to your first visit.
Upon your first visit, we require payment in full for the initial exam and first adjustment (excluding most motor vehicle injuries and L&I cases). In most cases this visit is less than $200. Click here to view our coverage policies.
If Pope Chiropractic is a preferred provider with your insurance, you are only required to pay your co-pay, if we can verify your coverage prior to your visit. Feel free to call ahead with your insurance info, and we would be happy to inquire for you.
If you plan on using your insurance, please bring your insurance card.
We suggest wearing comfortable clothes and not dresses.
Method Of Adjustment:
Both Dr. Ray Pope and Dr. Zach Pope are Certified Instrument Adjusters. The impulse instrument is a method of adjusting that is gentle and precise, although there are times when your doctor may find it necessary to perform a manual adjustment. Your personal preferences are very important to us and we will work with you to make your chiropractic experience as perfect as possible. You can find more information about it at: goimpulse.com.
